Joint-School Music Competition – Change of Competition Schedule

In accordance with the tournament regulations and rules

3.1.2   Matches may be scheduled on non-holiday school days. The Association reserves the sole right to determine the dates, times, order of play, and venues for all events; participants may not raise objections to these arrangements.

3.1.6   If a participant or team is unable to attend the competition during the assigned time slot due to a valid and reasonable cause, they may submit a request to reschedule before the specified deadline; please refer to the "Rules and Procedures for Rescheduling Competition Times" for details on the application process and requirements. All requests are subject to the feasibility of the competition schedule and are determined entirely at the Association's discretion; applicants may not object to the decision. The Association reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the competition schedule.

If participants or teams wish to request a change to their scheduled competition time or format (switching to a pre-recorded submission), they must submit an application within seven days of the preliminary schedule's release, in accordance with the "Rules and Procedures for Changing Competition Times."
Applicants requesting a schedule change must submit their request via email using the same email address registered for the competition, to facilitate record-keeping and follow-up by staff.
