Rules and Procedures for Changing Competition Schedule
- All competition dates and times are randomly arranged based on venue and event.
- If a participant/unit cannot attend the competition on the assigned date and time as stated in the competition notification email, they may apply once to reschedule within the specified deadline. A valid reason and supporting document(s) must be submitted for the Competition Committee’s approval.
- Applications will be considered based on the reason provided, venue availability, and scheduling feasibility. All arrangements will be made solely by the Association, and applicants may not dispute the decision. The Association reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the competition schedule.
- Once an application is submitted, the originally assigned competition time will be immediately cancelled and cannot be reinstated.
- If the application is not approved, the participant/unit must switch to the video competition mode.
- If the application is approved, the participant/unit will be reassigned to another session within the same or a related category.
- If the newly arranged competition time is still unsuitable and the participant/unit needs to switch to the video mode, the request must be submitted before the specified deadline. If the mode change is made after the deadline, an additional venue, adjudication, and administrative fee equivalent to 50% of the original event registration fee will be charged.
- Applications to change competition time must be submitted via email using the email address provided at the time of registration, for proper record keeping and follow-up.

9.4 Once received, the application email will be forwarded to the Competition Committee for review. Results will be sent via email. 9.5 If approved, the participant will receive an email confirmation, and the updated competition notification will be uploaded to the online registration system. Please log in to download and print the document. -
Sustainable Competition Arrangement
Starting from this year’s competition, all event-related documents will be issued electronically, and the use of printed documents and postal delivery will be discontinued. All competition-related documents — including but not limited to competition notification letters, invoices, and receipts — will be provided in digital format only. All electronic and duplicate copies will be considered legally equivalent to the original.
If a participant or unit requires an official hardcopy document due to special circumstances, an administrative fee will be charged per request. The fee amount can be found in the "Additional Administrative Charges Table."
For mailing, only SF Express (cash on delivery) will be used. No alternative mailing options will be provided.

Competition Venue Entrance
The entrance is located opposite Star House, at the backstage entrance of the Concert Hall. Take the elevator to access the rehearsal rooms.
