Competition Arrangements During School Suspension Due to Infectious Disease Outbreak
All related arrangements and guidelines will be based on the announcements from the Education Bureau.
| Situation | Arrangement |

| All primary/secondary schools in Hong Kong are suspended | Competitions in the affected categories will be postponed or the format of the event will be changed. Participants from the affected schools will not be allowed to attend or watch the competition. |
| Individual primary/secondary school suspension | Competitions will be held as scheduled, but participants from suspended schools will not be allowed to attend or watch the competition. If they do not comply with this restriction and still participate, they will be disqualified. |
| Individual school grade/class suspension | Competitions will be held as scheduled, but participants from the suspended grade/class will not be allowed to attend or watch the competition. If they do not comply with this restriction and still participate, they will be disqualified. |
Note: If the campus of a suspended school is also a competition venue, the events scheduled at these schools may need to be rescheduled.
